The E.P.Clinic, Hatorgodo is a health facility (CHIPs compound) that was started in 1975 to serve the community and its bank environs as the church’s contribution to health care to the nation. Currently, the clinic has a staff strength of twelve (12) in delivering medical care. The facility has been in the news especially on social media as there has been a call for renovation and facelift.
As part of the routine monitoring visits of the MoGA, Rt. Rev. Dr. Lt. Col. BDK Agbeko (Rtd) paid a courtesy visit to the facility on Sunday, August 15, 2021, to have a piece of first-hand information on the ongoing renovation works and to inspect the facility as well.
Some of the renovation works include plastering, ceiling works, plumbing works, and fixing of doors and the like.
He was grateful for donations from philanthropists which included hospital beds and some medical equipment. He equally appreciated the contributions from the Southern Presbytery towards the facility.
He commended the staff for discharging their duties diligently and charged every Tom Dick and Harry to do their utmost best for a facelift of the facility and project the name of EPCG in the limelight.
The facility looks forward to receiving many more such donations to serve the healthcare needs of the community better.
