EPUC; A World Class Institution soon – EP Church Moderator

 
Moderator of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Rt Rev. Dr Lt. Col (Rtd), Bliss Divine Kofi Agbeko had pledged his support to ensuring the Evangelical Presbyterian University College (EPUC), in Ho, becomes a World Class Institution.
 
The new Moderator said this, during a visit by the Executive Council of the General Assembly of the EP Church, to the President of EPUC, Professor Edem Kwasi Bakah on Friday, February 26, 2021.
 
The visit was part of a tour organised by the Council to the Printing Press of the Church.
The Moderator pledged his unflinching support for the President towards the transformation of the University College into a world class institution.
He mentioned, that the Church was aware of the challenges faced by the University College but was quick to add that they would all work together to surmount them.
On his part, the President, Prof. Bakah, thanked the Moderator and his entourage for the visit.
He stressed the need for the University College and the Church to work hand in hand for their mutual benefits. He equally thanked the delegation for the honour done him in endorsing him for the position and promised to pull all the needed resources to move the University College from its current state to a more a acceptable level.
 
 
The Moderator, was accompanied by Presbyter Executive of the EP Church, Mr. Charles Sitsofe Sakyi, Dr. (Mrs) Gladys Mansa Feddy Akyea, Dr. Eric Kofi Adzroe, Development Officer of EPUC, among others.
Both the Moderator and the President started work at their present positions not long ago and much is expected of them with lots of changes to transform both the University College and the EP Church.
Meanwhile, the investiture of the President of EPUC, Prof. Edem Kwasi Bakah is scheduled for March 26, at the EP Church, Dela Cathedral, Ho-Kpodzi.
